US. Global travel food & beverage specialist HMSHost yesterday celebrated the completion of its dining transformation at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport Terminal 4.
As reported, HMSHost has been opening new restaurants in the airport’s busiest terminal since June, following a 10-year contract win. The line-up is finally complete with more than 20 new dining options.

“We are so pleased to be able to offer travellers such an impressive mix of local and national brands through HMSHost,” said City of Phoenix Manager David Cavazos. “Airport Director Danny Murphy and his team have done a tremendous job of reaching out to the local community and encouraging small business partnerships.”
Local Phoenix restaurateurs Sam Fox of Fox Restaurant Group and Bob Lynn of LGO Hospitality partnered with HMSHost to bring culinary expertise to the terminal.
Concourse D
Restaurants located in Concourse D include local company LGO Hospitality’s La Grande Orange experience, which offers four distinct options – LGO Burger, LGO Deli and the LGO Pizza with Grateful Spoon Gelato. Also in Concourse D is James Beard nominee Chef Silvana Salcido-Esparza’s Barrio Café, serving Mexican-inspired dishes.
Food Court
Located pre-security in the Terminal 4 food court is Starbucks and Bob Lynn’s Chelsea’s Kitchen, specialising in gourmet burgers, taco platters, rotisserie meats and American comfort food.
Sam Fox’s Sauce serves a selection of pizza, salad, and pasta dishes.
Concourse A
Fox also has three restaurants now open on Concourse A, including Blanco Tacos & Tequila, which serves award-winning traditional Mexican fare of guacamole, tacos and margaritas; Modern Burger, an innovative burger shop; and Olive & Ivy, a Mediterranean-inspired restaurant and marketplace.
Joining these restaurants is Dilly’s Deli, a local brand that serves gourmet sandwiches, wraps, soups and salads.
B gates
New York Pizza Department serves authentic New York-style pizza. Strengthening the local offer are two family-owned restaurants – Mexican concept El Bravo and Focaccia Fiorentina, which serves traditional Italian pastas, pizzas, sandwiches and salads.
Press Coffee serves freshly roasted coffee, salads, soups, and Panini sandwiches.
Phoenix restaurant Cowboy Ciao serves “eclectic American” cuisine while la Madeleine offers healthy fare such as salads, vegetarian dishes and a variety of sweet treats.
Joining these restaurants are popular international brands McDonald’s and Starbucks.
Concourse C
The dining offer includes Paradise Bakery & Café and Sir Veza’s Taco Garage which serves hand-bored guacamole, Nitro Nachos and Tricked Out Tacos. Local coffee concept Cartel Coffee Lab also joins the Concourse C line-up.
