USA. HMSHost yesterday (25 May) celebrated the opening of Berry Field Bistro at Nashville International Airport.
Located in Concourse C near Gate C2, the restaurant offers fresh, local, sustainable food from Tennessee.
“It is a great pleasure to be celebrating the opening of Berry Field Bistro with our valued partner the Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority,” said HMSHost Vice President of Business Development Kent Vanden Oever. “Berry Field Bistro is a truly unique restaurant that respects the region and delivers an authentic and exciting taste of Tennessee to guests.”

Dishes are made with “Pick Tennessee” ingredients when available. Local ingredient suppliers include Rainbow Hill and Delvin farms. Local products from companies such as Nashville Chocolate & Nut Co, Nashville Roast Coffee, Southern Belle Biscuits and Kijiji Coffee are also used.
Berry Field Bistro’s menu includes waffles with maple bacon, pecans, and sweet butter; a Cobb salad; turkey breast BLT, and roast beef press sandwich. The menu also features a boulangerie section, a charcuterie and fromage section, as well as freshly squeezed and mixed juices. Local brews on tap are from Yazoo Brewing Company and Little Harpeth Brewing.
Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority President and CEO Rob Wigington said: “We are delighted our long time concessions partner, HMSHost, selected BNA to open Berry Field Bistro, a unique concept utilising local farm resources for meats, cheeses and produce. Passengers will love this farm-to-table restaurant with a diverse and delicious menu, as well as unique local merchandise to take a little piece of Nashville with them to their next destination.”
