AUSTRALIA. Hobart Airport has partnered with travel technology company Cavu to deliver a new online parking reservation platform.
Powered by Cavu Propel, Cavu’s proprietary data and technology platform, the service enables Hobart Airport to better manage parking inventory, availability and bookings, said the partners.
A statement noted that passengers get clearer visibility of available parking products and the ability to secure their parking before they travel.
For Hobart Airport, it provides real-time insights to improve operations, manage availability more effectively, and ensure a smoother experience for those using the airport.

Hobart Airport Commercial Manager Ground Transport & Property Brigitte Schroeder said: “We are pleased to launch our partnership with Cavu and further enhance the parking experience for our passengers. Cavu’s platform provides greater flexibility in managing our parking products, improving customer experience and operational performance, while creating opportunities to introduce new products and innovative solutions in the future.
Cavu Vice President Growth – APAC Josh Bakhbakhi added: “Hobart Airport is a key gateway to Tasmania, and we’re proud to support them with a platform designed for the realities of modern airport operations. This launch equips their team with the tools to enhance efficiency and deliver a better experience for passengers.”
As reported, Manchester Airports Group-owned Cavu recently brought its ecommerce platform, global distribution network and Escape Lounges brands together under a single identity for the first time. ✈
