In a social media post, Mitti Café Founder & CEO Alina Alam said, “Deeply honoured and truly humbled by the gracious visit of Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Devendra Fadnavis ji to Mitti Café at the Navi Mumbai International Airport.
“Your warmth, your time, and your genuine curiosity about our team’s journey touched every heart here. When leaders like you choose to walk alongside us, it sends a powerful message to the nation – that ability is defined not by the body, but by the spirit.”
Mitti Social Services Foundation creates employment by hiring and training team members in its cafés across airports and other public institutions. The first Mitti Café was opened at Kempegowda International Airport Bengaluru, a breakthrough that has led to other airport openings.

As reported, Alina Alam, the inspirational Founder & CEO of Mitti Café, will deliver a keynote address at The Moodie Davitt Report’s Airport Food & Beverage (FAB) + Hospitality Conference and Awards to be held in Bengaluru on 7-8 July, hosted by Kempegowda International Airport Bengaluru.
