UAE/FRANCE. JCDecaux has appointed Jérôme Goutières as its Managing Director in Abu Dhabi, after capturing an exclusive 10-year advertising concession across Abu Dhabi Airports Company’s (ADAC) three airports.
Currently Sales Director of JCDecaux Airport Paris, Goutières will take up the new position from 16 November. Based in the emirate, he will report to CEO for the Middle East David Bourg.
JCDecaux’s contract with ADAC commenced on 1 August, covering Abu Dhabi International Airport, which is expected to handle 20 million passengers a year by 2015, as well as Al Bateen Executive Airport and Al Ain International Airport.
Goutières joined JCDecaux Publicité Lumineuse in 2001 as Key Account Manager, before moving across to JCDecaux Airport France as Account Director. After being promoted to Key Account Director, and following a stint as Chief Operating Officer at JCDecaux Airport Thailand, he was promoted to Sales Director of JCDecaux Airport Paris in March 2011.

Adrien Figula has been appointed as Sales Director of JCDecaux Airport Paris, effective from 16 November, replacing Goutières. Based in Neuilly, he will report to Isabelle Fourmentin who is Executive Vice President of the 50/50 joint venture between JCDecaux and Aéroports de Paris.
Figula joined JCDecaux in June 2008 as an Innovate Consultant in the Sales and Development department. In March 2010, he was appointed Business Advisory Manager of JCDecaux Innovate, becoming Business Advisory Director in 2011 before assuming the role of Sales Director of JCDecaux Innovate in 2013.
JCDecaux Airport Paris has also adapted its sales structure under three entities. Perceval de Saint Seine – currently Head of the International and Travel Retail Division – has been appointed Head of Advertising for the Travel Retail, International and Community Advertisers Divisions.
Stéphane Dohollou – currently Head of the Corporate Accounts and Retail Goods Division – has been appointed Head of Advertising, which includes responsibility for the Brands Division.
Renaud de la Pradelle will continue in his role as Head of the Business to Business Division.
