Lancôme invites travellers to “enter the doors of youth” courtesy of Génifique animation – 27/05/09

FRANCE. Lancôme has been promoting its flagship new anti-ageing skincare launch, Génifique Youth Activator, via a series of high-profile animations within European travel retail doors. The initial results are “very promising”, according to the brand.

Described as a “decisive breakthrough in the world of beauty”, Génifique is being positioned as a futuristic treatment that revives the activity of the skin’s youth genes, thereby stimulating production of young skin hallmark proteins.

The Génifique animation enjoyed an extensive presence on-airport, both within and outside the shops


To promote the product, an animation concept called “Enter the doors of youth” has been developed for the key European airports. The event, complete with two giant banners outside the shop, made its debut at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport from 30 March to 20 April.

The Génifique promotion continues its European tour, in-store at CDG S3, in partnership with Aelia


French airports, in partnership with Aelia, also staged the Génifique animation from 30 April to 13 May. The promotion then moved on to at Spata Airport in Greece, where it will run from 16-30 May.
