
SOUTH KOREA. Lotte Duty Free has unveiled a new-look and expanded Chaumet boutique at its flagship downtown location in Myeong-dong, Seoul.
The travel retailer has been the exclusive duty-free partner of the French luxury jewellery and watch house in South Korea since March 2019 and continues to strengthen its collaboration with the brand.

Chaumet boutiques are also available at the Lotte World Tower and the retailer’s Jeju outlet.
The redesigned 66.1sq m Chaumet boutique at the Myeong-dong flagship store has been moved from the 11th to the tenth floor.
The store features a dedicated reception area for “very important” customers (VICs) and showcases the brand’s extensive jewellery collections, Joséphine, Liens and Bee My Love.

Lotte Duty Free emphasised the strength of its watches and jewellery category, with year-on-year sales up by approximately +56%. Sales to foreign customers grew by +68%.
Chaumet forms part of the strong line-up of brands exclusively available to the travel retailer including Fred, Boucheron, and Damiani, which are “highly popular” among customers.
A Lotte Duty Free official said: “We plan to showcase a variety of iconic products symbolising Chaumet at the newly renovated boutique at Lotte Duty Free Myeongdong main branch. In the future, Lotte Duty Free will continue to expand its exclusive watch and jewellery lineup and improve the store environment to enhance customer experience.” ✈
