
INDIA. Adani Airport Holdings has appointed Mohit Jeswani as Business Development Head – Food & Beverage across its airport network.
Jeswani most recently led the commercial food & beverage function at Mumbai International Airport Limited and will now oversee F&B business development initiatives across all airports operated by Adani Airport Holdings.
Announcing his appointment on LinkedIn, Jeswani said: “This transition represents an important milestone in my professional journey and an opportunity to contribute at a broader strategic level across the airport.
“The journey has been demanding, but every challenge has offered valuable lessons and reinforced the importance of resilience, ownership, and long-term thinking.”
He added, “I am grateful to the Adani Group for entrusting me with this responsibility and for providing a platform where ambition is matched with opportunity.
“While I am proud of this milestone, I view it as only the beginning. As I often remind myself, this is just 1% complete. There is much more to build, many opportunities to unlock, and significant value to create across the F&B landscape of Adani Airports.”
