BELGIUM. Belgian chocolatier Neuhaus has unveiled its vegan collection, featuring four specially crafted plant-based pralines. The latest range is now available in Belgium, and will be released at European airports in the coming months.
The Vegan Collection 2024 includes Ganache Yuzu Ginger, Ganache Earl Grey, Caramel Pecan and Caramel Coffee – all made with the signature Neuhaus flavour.

Neuhaus Travel Retail Manager Europe Mattias Top said: “At Neuhaus, we have always prided ourselves on being at the forefront of chocolate innovation.
“We recognise the importance of adapting to the shifting landscape of consumer desires. The introduction of our vegan pralines is a testament to our commitment to not only meet but exceed these expectations.”
Neuhaus’ latest product release is a response to the growing demand for plant-based options and high-quality vegan products, noted the company.

The chocolatier describes its new vegan praline collection as meticulously crafted using premium ingredients.
Each praline offers a rich, creamy filling encased in smooth, velvety chocolate.
Top added: “We believe that luxury and sustainability can go hand in hand. Our new line is not just a response to a trend but a reflection of our dedication to innovate and elevate the chocolate experience for all our customers.” ✈
