SINGAPORE. Nuance-Watson (Singapore), Coffee Club and Bina Investment will each operate a brand name western speciality café concession at Singapore Changi Airport’s new Terminal Three, when it opens next January.
Nuance-Watson extends its food & beverage presence at the airport with a café concession in the Arrivals meeting hall. The Coffee Club concession is in Check-In Hall South at the new T3, while the Bina Investment unit is in Departure/Transit Lounge North, Mezzanine Level.
The three retailers won their contracts ahead of stiff competition. A total of 16 bidders entered the race for the café concessions at T3. Earlier this week Sarika Gourmet Coffee Co and Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf were awarded two other western brand name café concessions in the terminal.
In other Changi award news, Watson’s Personal Care has won a pharmacy concession in the new T3.
Meanwhile, there were two bidders for a speciality restaurant concession at Viewing Mall Central at the new T3. ABR Holdings and More World System made offers under Changi’s two-envelope bid system. The financial proposal will only be opened for qualified tenderers who have cleared the concept evaluation stage.
