UK. Origins has unveiled an opulent new bath and body line called Shedonism. The collection features a trio of items, each of which contains Tahitian Tiaré blossom as a key ingredient.
Also known as Tahitian Gardenia, the Tiaré blossom is a white, star-shaped flower found on only one mountain peak on the sacred island of Raiatea. Its aroma has come to embody the motto “Sweet Life” in Polynesia.
Tahitian women traditionally wear the Tiaré flower behind their ear. A bud behind the right ear indicates that they are romantically unattached; behind the left ear means that their heart is already taken.
The Shedonism line comprises Deeply Hydrating Butter Cream, Intensely Bubbling Bath Syrup and Sensuous Shaving Mousse.
The butter cream turns into a luxurious oil on contact, leaving skin soft and ultra-hydrated, according to Origins. The formula includes sweet almond and coconut oils, plus shea butter.
The bath syrup is suitable for use in the both or shower. The shaving mousse contains sodium hyaluronate and glycerin to keep legs soft and moisturised.
“Our mission with Shedonism was to enable every woman to celebrate her sexiness through an opulent product line that is designed to be lavished in, not skimped on,” commented Origins Vice President of Global Marketing Susan Akkad.
