Paradies Lagardère earns Newsweek recognition for entry-level workplace excellence

USA. North American travel retail and restaurateur Paradies Lagardère has been named in Newsweek’s America’s Greatest Workplaces for Entry Level 2026 list, underlining the company’s focus on early-career recruitment, development and retention.

The recognition, presented by Newsweek in partnership with Plant-A Insights Group, is based on an independent study of the US entry-level workforce.

The assessment incorporated more than 610,000 employee reviews from workers aged 18 to 28, alongside wider analysis of workplace culture, career development opportunities and employee satisfaction.

Paradies Lagardère Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer Jil Greene said, “Being recognised by Newsweek as one of America’s Greatest Workplaces for Entry Level employees is an honour and a reflection of the culture we have built at Paradies Lagardère.

“We are deeply committed to creating opportunities for growth, investing in our people and ensuring that every team member feels supported from day one.

“Our entry-level employees are essential to our success, and we are proud to provide an environment where they can learn, develop and thrive.”

The evaluation measured companies across areas including job satisfaction, professional development, meaningful work and workplace safety. The process also included independent research, media monitoring and data validation.

Greene added, “At Paradies Lagardère, we believe that a strong foundation at the start of a career sets the stage for long-term success.

“This recognition reinforces our ongoing efforts to build a workplace where employees feel valued, empowered and inspired to grow.”

Paradies Lagardère noted it continues to invest in training programmes, career pathways and employee development initiatives across its North American travel retail and dining operations.
