NORTH AMERICA. Paradies Lagardère has revealed a fresh line-up of dining brands that will open at US airports from spring this year.
The company said the openings reflect its goal “to deliver memorable, sense-of-place dining experiences that highlight local partners, celebrated chefs and nationally recognised brands”.

“This lineup showcases some of the most exciting culinary partners in the country,” said Senior Vice President of Operations – Dining Division Leigh Allan. “Travellers are eager for thoughtful food & beverage options, and these forthcoming openings reflect our commitment to bring elevated choices and authentic hospitality to every airport we serve.”
Berkshire Farm to Flight and CAVA are scheduled to open at Boston Logan International Airport, expanding the airport’s mix of “wholesome, guest-favourite” dining experiences, said the travel retailer.
Ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport will welcome a collection of locally-inspired and nationally-recognised names. Openings will include Southern Farms Market with Antico Pizza Napoletana, Local Green and Starbucks. Additional concepts are expected in late 2026.
Autumn 2026 will bring further chef-driven and destination-focused restaurants across the country. Palm Beach International Airport will welcome Pistache French Bistro along with Coastal Cask by Bulleit Frontier Whiskey, while Vino Volo in Long Beach Airport is also scheduled to debut later in the year.
Paradies Lagardère delivers US$1.6 billion in annual sales from more than 700 stores, restaurants and bars across 90-plus airports in North America.
