
ASIA PACIFIC. Pernod Ricard Global Travel Retail (GTR) has launched a travel retail-exclusive packaging design for The Glenlivet Rare Cask ahead of the Lunar New Year (10 February) festive period.
It is available to travelling shoppers at select Asia Pacific locations in China, South Korea, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia and Australia. The Glenlivet Lunar New Year Rare Cask carries a recommended retail price (RRP) of US$160.
In Chinese and Korean travel retail, purchasers receive a complimentary red envelope and premium gift bag.


The Glenlivet Rare Cask is described as the pinnacle of The Glenlivet Triple Cask Matured Single Malt Whisky Series, which makes this rare whisky – with its distinctive Year of the Dragon design – suitable for collectors.

As reported, Pernod Ricard-owned Chivas Brothers has also launched The Glenlivet limited-edition Lunar New Year 18 Year Old domestically in China for a RRP of US$174.99. These collectable expressions not only celebrate the Year of the Dragon, but also The Glenlivet’s bicentennial this year.
