Sai Rp Enterprises introduces Paul John Indian single malt to China

Pioneering force: SAI Rp Enterprises Founder & Managing Director Rajesh Panda

Sai Rp Enterprises, the independent Indian liquor distributor founded by Rajesh Panda, has introduced Paul John Indian single malt whisky to the China market where the brand is being managed by Longman’s Group.

SAI Rp Enterprises showcased the highly rated single malt at the Whisky L! trade fair in Shanghai from 8 to 10 August, the latest step in the brand’s international expansion.

Panda’s company has played a key role in Paul John’s development, introducing the brand to Kempegowda International Airport Bengaluru in 2015 – an important breakthrough for both SAI Rp Enterprises and the then fledgling Indian whisky category.

As reported, last year Paul John also became the first Indian single malt whisky to be launched by Lotte Duty Free at Singapore Changi Airport.

“My journey as an entrepreneur started with launching Paul John  Indian single malt  whisky to Bengaluru Airport in 2015 and year by year since we have been growing,” Panda told The Moodie Davitt Report. “I am proud to have been with Paul John for  so many years.”

During a recent business trip, Panda was accompanied by Gopi Krishan from the Paul John team for a brand refreshment training scheme with the Lotte Duty Free team (pictured below). Panda expressed his thanks to Lotte Duty Free for the strong support the retailer has given to Paul John.
