Sekonda accelerates travel retail momentum in 2026 following new listings and record-breaking sales

Time Products UK has highlighted Sekonda’s strong performance in global travel retail, underpinned by sustained growth momentum and rising demand from international travellers.

Among its key achievements was the brand’s relaunch in inflight retail, securing a listing with Virgin Atlantic in partnership with Tourvest Retail.

The inflight retail collection spotlights two of Sekonda’s top sellers – the Monica ladies’ watch and the Circuit men’s watch, available on pre-order.

The brand has extended its momentum in the Middle East, delivering a strong performance at Doha Hamad International Airport with Qatar Duty Free. Since debuting in nine locations across the airport, it has expanded to 12 outlets and posted record-breaking sales between October and December 2025.

Sekonda is well-positioned for further opportunities in 2026, reflecting Qatar Duty Free’s confidence in the brand’s performance and consumer appeal, the company noted.

Complementing its strong regional presence, the brand has been relaunched at Muscat International Airport with Muscat Duty Free for the first time since pre-COVID, expanding from an initial departures location into arrivals to boost exposure and accessibility.

Building on its African presence, Sekonda has added a listing in Cape Verde through Flemingo Duty Free.

Sekonda reinforced its commitment to travel retail, supported by strong partnerships, bestselling ranges and a growing global footprint.

The company anticipates further growth and innovation in the channel this year, building on strong regional performance.
