MALAYSIA. Retailer Colours & Fragrances (a subsidiary of DR Group Holdings) and Parfums Christian Dior joined forces in December to create a month-long make-up event at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA).
The animation focused on pampering customers and emphasising the “emotional connection” between fragrance, make-up, light and colour, according to Colours & Fragrances.
Additional customer service was another key element.
Dior showcased its latest Christmas items and travel retail exclusive sets. Customers were also offered a complimentary beauty session with a Dior beauty stylist.
The event boosted Colours & Fragrances sales by over +30%. More promotional events are planned for 2005.
