Tairo International has hailed the success of its second Beauty Advisor Seminar, held on 19-23 September at the Ritz Carlton in Orlando, Florida. Almost 100 beauty advisors and buyers from the Caribbean and Mexico attended the event.
The seminar began with a celebration dinner, rounded off with a karaoke contest – described as an ideal ice-breaker.

The next day began with a presentation of the Fall 2013/early 2014 initiatives, including the key fragrance launches from Coty Beauty and L’Oréal. To complement the presentations – and to allow the Beauty Advisors to experience first-hand the products they will be selling – two make-up artists offered flash make-overs using Yves Saint Laurent products. In addition, OPI manicures using the latest colours were also on offer. The day concluded with a family-style dinner at an Italian restaurant.

Day two featured a visit to Disney’s Magic Kingdom. On day three, it was back to business as Tairo’s Brand and Area Managers delivered detailed presentations about the P&G Prestige and Coty Prestige portfolios. The former featured an interactive Family Feud-style game; the latter a “˜Who Am I?’ quiz that allowed the Beauty Advisors to familiarise themselves with all the brands.
Afterwards, attendees were taken to visit the popular Orlando outlet malls. That evening’s farewell dinner took place at Taverna Opa.
“All the participants left super motivated to sell all the brands, and were anxiously waiting to return home to share all their knowledge on the sales floor,” noted Tairo.
