INTERNATIONAL. TAV Operation Services (TAV OS) and Kepler Club have entered into a strategic collaboration to explore the development of new airport hospitality concepts aimed at enhancing passenger comfort, flexibility and wellbeing.
TAV OS, part of TAV Airports and a global airport hospitality services specialist, has signed a partnership agreement with Kepler Club, a provider of technology-enabled rest solutions.

Both companies have significant hospitality footprints across numerous international airports.
The collaboration brings together TAV OS’s operational and commercial expertise with Kepler Club’s space-efficient, digitally driven rest concepts, which are positioned between a traditional hotel and a lounge.
The partners said they will jointly assess future airport hospitality projects designed to respond to changing travel behaviours, including shorter connection windows, extended layovers and irregular departure times.

The objective is to broaden the range of hospitality options available to passengers while complementing existing airport environments and maximising the effective use of space.
TAV OS noted collaboration aligns with its guest-first strategy and focus on strengthening an end-to-end hospitality offer through partnerships with innovative solution providers. It is intended to support airports in delivering differentiated experiences that improve passenger wellbeing while enabling more versatile and efficient activation of terminal real estate.

The new partnership will sit within TAV OS’s Primeclass hospitality portfolio, which delivers airport hospitality through an experience-led model tailored to different traveller rhythms and dwell times.
The integration of Kepler Club concepts is intended to complement existing lounge, refresh and social spaces, forming part of a cohesive hospitality ecosystem rather than standalone services.

TAV Operation Services CEO and TAV Airports Holding Chief Commercial Officer Aude Ferrand said, “Airport hospitality must continuously evolve to enhance the guest experience by anticipating changing expectations.
“Covering the end-to-end passenger journey – from car park to lounge, including services such as porter, fast track and meet & greet – we are pleased to collaborate with Kepler Club, an advanced technological concept positioned between a traditional hotel and a lounge.
“This partnership allows us to expand the hospitality offering with innovative solutions, while maintaining the right balance between technology and human connection.”

Kepler Club Founder and CEO Ömer Alaettinoğlu highlighted the growing demand for flexible and experience-led rest solutions.
He commented: “While sleep is a fundamental human need, today travellers are also seeking meaningful experiences, regardless of where they are. At Kepler Club, we aim to transform rest into a personalised, technology-driven experience.
