The Kase, a specialist in ready-to-wear and customised fashionable items for smartphones and tablets, is offering delegates to the 2015 Trinity Forum the opportunity to personalise their smartphones and tablets.
The event, which is the world’s leading airport commercial revenues conference, takes place at the InterContinental Hotel in Hong Kong 16-18 September.
The Kase is sponsoring the coffee break on the Trinity Forum’s first day. The company intends to show delegates how they can benefit from the concept in airport retail through a pop-up store at the event.
The Kase has opened 70 domestic stores in under three years, with more than 5,000 designers creating over 45,000 designs for over 100 different personal devices. The brand opened its first airport store (in conjunction with Regent Asia Group) at Manila Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 in February this year and believes the system is “perfect for airport retail – whatever the space available”.
The Kase CEO and Founder Steve Rosenblum said: “The Trinity Forum gives us an ideal opportunity to show executives from airports and retail groups how The Kase works – how simple it is, how flexible and how effective. All delegates can come along at any time over the two days to create their own personalised cover – either using one of our thousands of designs or by uploading their own photo. It takes just a few minutes.”
Rosenblum believes The Kase offers a real opportunity for airport retail to introduce something new and different for passengers – either as stand-alone boutiques, shop-in-shops or pop-up stores.
“It’s a business that is growing phenomenally quickly on the High Street and it’s perfect for airport retail. The opportunities for personalisation are endless and we can introduce different designs specific for various regions to make them destination- or airport-specific.
“We’re very excited to be part of The Trinity Forum this year,” he added.
