USA. TraWell Co has renewed its concession to operate baggage-wrapping services at Miami International Airport until 31 December 2036.
The Group, which provides baggage protection, storage and ancillary services for travellers, said Miami International is one of its most strategic and high-traffic locations worldwide.
The airport is a key hub in TraWell Co’s global network due to its passenger volumes, international traffic mix and strategic relevance in the Americas.
The concession renewal extends the company’s presence in North America and provides long-term visibility of revenue from a high-performing airport.
TraWell Co Chairman and CEO Rudolph Gentile said, “The renewal of the concession at Miami International Airport, together with the recent renewals in Europe, represents a particularly significant milestone for TraWell Co.
“With these agreements, the Group reaches a weighted average contract duration of more than five years – the highest level ever achieved in over 29 years of history.
“The multi-year concessions obtained ensure operational continuity, long-term visibility, and constitute a solid and structured foundation on which to plan investments, development and value creation over the long term.”
Secure Wrap Group Vice President Business Development Daniel Valdespino added, “We are pleased to continue the commercial collaboration with Miami Airport and the joint venture with TraWell Co partners.” ✈
