Villiger’s new Senior Vice President Export Gert Kamphuis |
SWITZERLAND. Leading cigar company Villiger has named Gert Kamphuis as its new Senior Vice President Export. He takes on the role effective from today (1 September).
In a statement the group said: “Gert will take on the responsibility for our entire Export business. He brings 25 years of international experience within the cigar industry.”
As previously reported, Chris Pfister, who was Export Director Asia, Russia, Middle East and Duty Free, left the company in April following his decision to take early retirement.
Kamphuis will be present at the TFWA World Exhibition in Cannes (September 19-22) and at the Intertabak trade show in Dortmund (September 23-25).
