IRELAND. Leading food & beverage operator SSP Group has unveiled The Reserve, a premium food and wine bar, at Dublin Airport.
Situated at the heart of Terminal 2’s main concourse, The Reserve combines an extensive international wine list with a contemporary all-day dining menu. It features a stylish restaurant design centred on a brass-finished gantry and bar.
The curated wine selection includes 16 labels from around the world, including one from Irish winemakers Château Puynard, with tasting notes provided to enhance the guest experience. The bar menu also features classic cocktails, premium spirits, draught and bottled beers – including Guinness – as well as a wide range of soft and hot drinks.
The food offer spans a variety of lighter bites, hot breakfast dishes, open sandwiches, salads and sharing plates. Menu highlights include scrambled eggs on sourdough with truffle, bacon and mushrooms; a smoked salmon platter; seafood and charcuterie boards; and a range of desserts. An Irish artisan cheese plate, made with locally sourced produce hand-selected by SSP chefs, has been created to complement the wine selection.
The Reserve is the latest development in SSP Group’s evolving food & beverage portfolio at Dublin Airport. It follows recent upgrades to The Garden Terrace bar kitchen and the Upper Crust baguette outlet, alongside further investment planned across both terminals.
SSP was recently recognised with the ‘Best Use of Video’ award at The Moodies 2025 for its 30-metre digital screen at The Mezz in T2.
SSP UK & Ireland Director of Brand and Business Development Lauren Wood commented, “For many passengers, travelling by air remains an experience which warrants treating yourself to an extra special bite to eat or glass of bubbles to kickstart the journey in style.
“The Reserve, with its exquisite service, food and wines delivered in a sophisticated setting, certainly delivers on that and our mission to be the best part of the journey. A 50-cover fine-wine and dining bar, The Reserve complements our portfolio of bars and quick-service restaurants at Dublin Airport perfectly, and I’m sure any visit there will live long in the memory for all the right reasons.”
Dublin Airport Head of Food and Beverage Aileen Dautry added, “The Reserve is another great addition to Terminal 2 and offers even more choice for passengers travelling this summer. We’ve listened closely to passenger feedback, and we know that the option of a premium bar, with great food and drinks on offer, is wanted and we think passengers are going to love the end result.
“We look forward to working with the SSP team to make this another flying success at Dublin Airport.”
