MACAU. The organisers of the Airline Retail Conference (ARC) today announced the launch of ARC2011 Asia Pacific, a new conference designed to bring together decision-makers among airlines and inflight concessionaires. It also aims to attract airports, duty free ground retailers and international brands from the region.
The event will take place on 11-12 January at the Grand Hyatt Macau.
“With hundreds of delegates from across the industry, including airline CEOs, COOs, inflight directors and ancillary revenue bosses, the event is set to repeat the sold-out success of this year’s conference in London,” the organisers (Ink Publishing) said.
Speakers include Air Asia X CEO Azran Osman Rani, Nok Air CEO Patee Sarasin, Mango Aviation Partners Principal Steven Greenway and more. The Moodie Report Deputy Publisher Dermot Davitt will moderate the event.
ARC Event Director Alex Vail said: “We have listened to the needs of previous delegates and consulted widely in the industry to create an agenda which is very business focused, looking at improving partnerships within the sector.”
The conference will be supported by a large suppliers’ exhibition, featuring the latest products, companies and key services for the global airline retail industry.
“It is so important that we get the balance right between excellent content and a productive business atmosphere, so we can continue to deliver outstanding events for our industry,” Vail added.
Delegate places at ARC2011 Asia-Pacific usually cost £590.00, but there is a 25% discount on all “˜early-bird’ bookings before 15 November.
