SINGAPORE. Changi Airport Group has called a tender for a speciality/brand name shop concession airside at Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 3.
The airport company said: “We are looking for unique and exciting specialty brands and concepts that will inject buzz to and differentiate the retail offerings at Terminal 3. All product categories may be considered, except for Liquor & Tobacco and Perfumes & Cosmetics.”
The unit on offer measures 91sq m and is located in Departure/Transit Lounge North. The concession runs for three years from 9 May 2012, with no option for renewal.
Bids are due by 5 January 2012.
In other Changi T3 news, the airport has invited concessionaires to take part in a Direct Approach Exercise for brand name café concessions in the Arrivals Hall.
There are three concessions on offer, covering space of around 230sq m. Contracts will begin on 1 August next year and run for three years.
The closing date for offers is 18 January.
