INTERNATIONAL. The European Travel Retail Confederation (ETRC) is set to host a webinar on 16 September (14:00-15:00 CET) to officially launch its new academic study, ‘Exploring and Testing the Prevailing Business Models in Travel Retail’.
The research was developed by the Institute for Retail Studies at the University of Stirling.
Professor Paul Freathy, the study’s lead author, will present an overview of its objectives, research methodology and key findings.
ETRC President Nigel Keal will open the session, with Secretary General Julie Lassaigne serving as moderator.
Closing remarks will be delivered by ACI Europe Commercial Forum Chair Philipp Ahrens and Vice-Chair Martijn Steur.
