Excitement builds ahead of TFWA Asia Pacific & GATE ONE2ONE

SINGAPORE. The stage is set for the TFWA Asia Pacific & GATE ONE2ONE exhibition and conference which will run from 15 to 19 May at the Singapore Suntec.

Pre-registration for the event closed on 21 April, and the registered visitor totals so far are “very encouraging”, TFWA said. On-site visitor registration in the Suntec Centre will open at 9.30am on Sunday 15 May for any last-minute registrants. Nearly 2,000 visitors attended the show in Singapore last year.

212 companies will be exhibiting from 17 to 19 May – 20% more than last year. Of that total 27% are new to the exhibition or returning after a year or two gap.

To date 30 airports and over 100 other companies have confirmed that they will participate in TFWA’s ONE2ONE scheme, which puts airport executives in direct contact with exhibiting brands, retailers, airlines and service concessionaires

One of the most popular features of recent shows has been TFWA’s ONE2ONE pre-arranged meetings service which puts airport executives in direct contact with exhibiting brands, retailers, airlines and service concessionaires. Meetings are organised in a dedicated suite of private rooms within the exhibition hall.

To date 30 airports and over 100 other companies have confirmed that they will participate in the scheme. Last year 280 meetings were facilitated through this service.

A busy day of conference and workshops is lined up for Monday 16 May with speakers including Petit Bateau President Christian Blanckaert, Fast Future CEO Rohit Talwar, APTRA President Sunil Tuli, Author and Founder of Up! Your Service Ron Kaufman, and TFWA President Erik Juul-Mortensen in the plenary session.
