SINGAPORE. Three companies have tabled bids following a tender for a brand name shop concession at Singapore Changi Airport departure/check-in hall north, terminal two.
Bids closed on 3 August for the contract which runs from 1 November 2005 until 31 October 2008.
The bidders and terms offered were:
HOUSE OF FENG SHUI: An additional rental of: Either 14% of the total monthly gross sales OR a minimum monthly guaranteed payment of S$3,123, whichever is higher.
MINI TOONS: An additional rental of: Either 10% of the total monthly gross sales OR a minimum monthly guaranteed payment of S$2,500, whichever is higher.
UMEYA FOOD SERVICES: An additional rental of: Either 8% of the total monthly gross sales OR a minimum monthly guaranteed payment of S$1,900, whichever is higher.
