HMSHost opens third Starbucks at Birmingham-Shuttlesworth Airport

USA. HMSHost has opened a Starbucks outlet in the pre-security baggage claim area at Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport.

The opening of the airport’s third Starbucks outlet was celebrated on 24 January. Travellers and guests sampled signature Starbucks sandwiches, pastries and caramel lattes.

HMSHost Vice President of Business Development Kent Vanden Oever said: “HMSHost is delighted to open a new Starbucks for Birmingham travellers and the airport community. We thank the airport for their valued partnership and for this opportunity to give both travellers and those awaiting arriving passengers a place to relax and enjoy Starbucks beverages and food.”

HMSHost also operates Starbucks stores on Concourse A and in the Concourse B/C food court in Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport. Other HMSHost outlets at the airport include Jim N’ Nicks Bar-B-Q, The Local @ BHM and handcrafted burger concept Grounded in Birmingham.
