USA. The International Association of Airport and Duty Free Stores (IAADFS) has named Natalie DeHart as Executive Director.
She takes over the responsibilities of Steven Antolick, who steps away from the association after 30 years of service, with the last three as Executive Director.

DeHart brings extensive experience in association leadership and management through her work at Smithbucklin, where she currently supports the National Demolition Association (NDA) and the Neurocritical Care Foundation. In her role, she will partner with the IAADFS Board to deliver new member benefits, lead strategic planning and enhance advocacy and resources for the travel retail industry.
IAADFS Chair Rene Riedi said: “Natalie has a collaborative, strategic and forward-looking approach to her work. She excels at strengthening membership engagement and growth, implementing operational efficiencies and providing disciplined financial oversight.”
DeHart’s accomplishments include growing revenue for NDA’s Annual Convention by +45% since 2018 and helping raise US$1.7 million for the Neurocritical Care Foundation in four years to support critical research.
A statement from Riedi added: “As IAADFS looks ahead, this transition represents an opportunity for the organisation to evolve into a more modern, forward-thinking trade association – one that continues to honour its strong foundation while embracing innovation, enhancing member value, and adapting to the changing needs of our industry.
“With fresh leadership, we are well-positioned to enter our next chapter focused on growth, relevance, and long-term impact for our members.
“This transition also marks an important moment to recognise Steve Antolick, who is stepping away after more than 30 years of dedicated service to IAADFS. His leadership, commitment and lasting contributions have been foundational to the association’s operations. We are deeply grateful for his decades of service.” ✈
