The reopening blends contemporary retail design, digital innovation and Kerala’s rich cultural traditions, reflecting the retailer’s continued investment in enhancing the passenger shopping experience.

The official opening ceremony included a ribbon-cutting attended by airport representatives, stakeholders and Ospree Duty Free management (including CEO Gaurav Singh, fifth from right and co-owner Atul Ahuja, third from right), followed by the traditional lighting of the diya (below)

The transformed store introduces a refreshed retail environment with improved lighting, modern interiors and an expanded product mix spanning spirits, perfumes, confectionery, fashion and a new Super Mart offering an extensive range of food and non-food essentials.

The retailer has also introduced digitally signed invoices delivered directly to customers via WhatsApp, another first for a duty-free store in the state.
