This high-visibility activation leverages foot traffic to create meaningful shopper interactions and boost brand presence in-store

UK. Today’s image selection highlights a recent high-profile activation celebrating the collaboration between the House of Rémy Martin and renowned British-Indian sculptor Anish Kapoor at London Heathrow Airport, in partnership with Avolta.

The installation, themed ‘Mirror Infinite Possibilities’, brings Kapoor’s distinctive concave mirror to life through the new decanter design in Terminal 5.

One of the standout features, the ‘Reflecting Memories’ digital mirror creates a bespoke Rémy Martin XO cocktail and tasting experience, guided by the traveller’s personal memories.

The large concave mirror draws viewers into its layered tones, evoking the varying shades of Rémy Martin XO eaux-de-vie – ranging from pale gold to deep amber – blended and aged in French oak casks.

As reported, Kapoor has reinterpreted the Rémy Martin XO decanter in a minimalist form. The original glass mould was modified to create a smooth front surface that merges with the classic scooped back, emphasising the decanter’s elegant curves and reflective qualities.

Through digital touchpoints, the activations introduce the collectible decanter to both Cognac enthusiasts and category newcomers

Unveiled in travel retail this May, the latest Rémy Martin expression was introduced alongside an immersive three-step shopper engagement concept.

The first step, ‘Reflecting Memories’, uses digital gamification to prompt travellers to recall personal memories tied to Rémy Martin, which are then translated into a custom cocktail recipe.

In the second step, ‘Interlocking Lights and Colours’, a glorifier display allows travellers to see how the Rémy Martin XO liquid interacts with light at different angles through the limited-edition decanter.

The final step, ‘Mirroring Infinite Possibilities’, features a concave mirror installation inspired by Kapoor’s sculptural work. The experience concludes with product tastings and curated food pairings.
