On the move: Justin Hazendonk leaves Perfetti Van Melle to join Sara Lee International from May 2008 |
NETHERLANDS. Justin Hazendonk, International Account Manager of Perfetti Van Melle Global Travel Retail, is to leave the confectionery group on 1 May.
In a message circulated to colleagues, he wrote: “After long consideration and getting offered a unique opportunity from another company, I have decided to leave Perfetti Van Melle Global Travel Retail as per 1 May 2008.
“I will move to Sara Lee International, in the BU Household & Bodycare, where I will be responsible for sales to key retail accounts in the Dutch domestic market and share responsibility for product development for some of the Sara Lee brands.”
He continued: “This decision may come as a surprise, as I have always been working with a lot of pleasure and passion in the duty free/travel retail markets worldwide. I am looking back at wonderful years with Perfetti van Melle in duty free/travel retail and would like to thank you for all the relations in the past couple of years.”
Hazendonk said a successor was now being sought for the position of International Account Manager (global sales) at Perfetti Van Melle Global Travel Retail.
He added: “I will be present at the IAADFS in Fort Lauderdale, which will be my last exhibition. If I will not meet you there, I hope to meet you somewhere else in the future!”
