Maui Jim and Lotte Duty Free reignite Formula 1 spirit with Aloha Club pop-up at Melbourne Airport

It’s lights out and away we go! Striking visuals draw race-goers to Maui Jim’s Aloha Club pop-up, which highlights the brand’s ongoing global partnership with Oracle Red Bull Racing.

AUSTRALIA. Kering Eyewear-owned polarised sunglasses brand Maui Jim has partnered with Lotte Duty Free for an exclusive Aloha Club pop-up at Melbourne Airport. It is running 3-31 March in Terminal 2 International Departures.

The Aloha Club was timed to coincide with the Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix 2026 (8 March). The concept captures the high-octane atmosphere of race week by blending sport, lifestyle and experiential retail.

The animation draws on Maui Jim’s ongoing global partnership with Oracle Red Bull Racing.

A dedicated product showcase highlights key styles from Maui Jim’s latest global travel retail campaign. These include the new Ho’okipa R, Paluna and the Ho’okipa Ultra colourway worn by Oracle Red Bull Racing driver Isack Hadjar in the global campaign.

An interactive reflex challenge is a stand-out element of the pop-up. Here, travellers can test their speed and precision by striking illuminated targets on a reaction board within a set time. The game mimicks the split-second responsiveness witnessed during Formula 1 pit stops.
