EUROPE. Nigel Keal was reelected as President of the European Travel Retail Confederation (ETRC) at the group’s AGM on 2 July.
Keal, who is Global Commercial Director for Dufry, has been on the ETRC’s Managing Board since 2017 and its Supervisory Board since 2010.
Keal said: “I am honoured by the trust our members have placed in me to serve another year as President of ETRC. The last few months have been exceptionally busy for ETRC, with the initial fall-out of the COVID-19 crisis. ETRC has been dedicated working to minimise potential negative impacts and supporting our members in any way possible.”
