Plaza Premium Lounge to ‘tickle the senses’ at new Indira Gandhi T3

INDIA. Plaza Premium Lounge Management is set to operate five lounges at the new Indira Gandhi International Airport Terminal 3, due to open in July.

These five lounges will be “designed to tickle your five senses in a very creative manner”, the leading airport lounge operator told The Moodie Report.

Two lounges, called ‘Plaza Premium Lounge – Airline & Commercial Lounge’, will be opened at the International Departures level (after security), one on the mezzanine level and the other on the upper floor. These will feature passenger facilities ranging from a business centre to a fully functional spa, as well as full bar, shower and salon services. There will also be comfortable seating areas, an all-day buffet and newspapers and magazines.

Another lounge – called ‘Plaza Nap and Massage’ – will be located on the International Arrivals level (after the baggage reclaim). This will feature 15 private resting suites (‘Nap Rooms’) with attached toilet and shower cubicles. It will also feature massage and internet services. Rooms comes in single, double and twin settings to cater to travelling families.

The remaining two lounges will open at the domestic level of the terminal: a ‘Plaza Premium Lounge – Airline & Commercial Lounge’ at Domestic Departures and ‘Plaza Shower & Massage’ at Domestic Arrivals. The latter is dedicated to providing shower rooms with full amenities, including massage services from reflexology to full body.

The five new lounges are slated to open on 14 July.

Plaza Premium currently operates three lounges in Hyderabad Rajiv Gandhi International Airport and one in Indira Gandhi International Airport Terminal 1.
