Sign up here for 10:00 – 10:30 Eastern Daylight Time / 16:00 – 16:30 Central European Time.

The session will preview insights from both the Asia and North America Regions, examine the various methodologies used during the project and speak to the experts behind the analysis.

The Asia Regional Report is available now and the North America Report will be available in the coming weeks, followed by Europe in May and Oceania, Middle East, Africa and South America Reports to follow. In total the series covers more than 350 airports and 16,000 F&B outlets.

Each regional report includes a first-ever market-size estimation of the various dining categories and formats that make up the airport F&B business, including restaurants, bars, cafés, fast-food outlets and more. The report goes into further detail on average spend by category and the airports leading the market in each region.

Also explored are the cuisines on offer within each category as well as the most-prevalent brands. This insight is all brought to life by overlaying the traveller view and identifying sentiment about their preferred options and experience in each dining category.

Pulling together landscape, revenue and consumer data sets, each regional report provides a three-dimensional view identifying growth opportunities for the industry and providing actionable recommendations, all backed by hard data.

A special bundle price is available for purchases of three or more report licences.

We also offer corporate rates for multiple report licence purchases.
