Russian Standard Vodka strikes distribution agreement with Maxxium for Southeast Asian markets – 04/02/09

RUSSIA. Russian Standard Vodka has announced a partnership with Maxxium South East Asia to distribute the Russian Standard portfolio of brands in Southeast Asian markets. These include Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand and the Philippines.

This distribution agreement covers both domestic and travel retail.

The portfolio, which includes Russian Standard Original, Russian Standard Platinum, Russian Standard Gold and Imperia, will launch for the first time in Malaysia, Indonesia, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar and the Philippines.
Russian Standard Original and Russian Standard Platinum are already sold in Vietnam, while Russian Standard Original and Imperia are available in Singapore and Thailand. The partnership with Maxxium is expected to increase volumes significantly. With the addition of Malaysia, Indonesia, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar and the Philippines, Russian Standard Vodka is now available in over 60 markets worldwide.
