USA. SSP America is set to introduce a series of locally inspired dining concepts at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport as part of the ongoing redevelopment of Terminal 4.
Expected to begin opening from late 2026, the line-up delivers strong sense of place through partnerships with established Arizona brands.
The line-up spans full-service dining, fast-casual concepts and all-day dining. It comprises Greenwood Brewing, The Farm at South Mountain, Ingo’s Tasty Food and Cactus & Cow Burger Bar.
Greenwood Brewing is an award-winning, woman-owned craft brewery based in Downtown Phoenix. The airport location will present a curated selection of beers alongside a complementary cocktail and wine programme, supported by a menu inspired by regional flavours.

The Farm at South Mountain brings together four distinct brands under one roof. These include The Kitchen, focused on farm-to-table dishes, and Morning Glory Café, which offers breakfast classics such as omelettes and baked goods.
Ingo’s Tasty Food is a popular Arizona brand known for its scratch-made comfort food, coffee and cocktails. The concept offers a neighbourhood-style dining experience with a focus on quality ingredients.
Rounding out the offer is Cactus & Cow Burger Bar, created by Arizona chef Mark Tarbell. The fast-casual dining concept will focus on elevated burgers and bold Southwestern flavours, offering an accessible yet premium interpretation of American classics.
The openings underline SSP America’s long-term partnership with Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and its continued investment in experience-led food & beverage strategies.

“Phoenix Sky Harbor is an important gateway to the Southwest, and this next chapter in Terminal 4 allows us to showcase the incredible culinary talent that defines the region,” commented SSP America Senior Vice President of Development and Pursuit of New Airports Scott Welding.
“These concepts reflect our commitment to partnering with local brands that tell a meaningful story, resonate with travellers and create a sense of place. We’re proud to bring these Arizona favourites to one of the country’s busiest airports.”
“We’re excited to welcome SSP’s new line-up of local restaurants to Terminal 4,” said Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport Aviation Director Chad Makovsky.
“Bringing well-known hometown flavours into the Airport not only elevates the passenger experience but provides travellers with an even greater opportunity to enjoy authentic local cuisine that reflects the spirit of our city.”
