FRANCE. Tax Free World Association has negotiated attractive flight and accommodation packages in May with their official carrier Singapore Airlines and three top hotels in Singapore.
The special travel packages are available to exhibitors and visitors to TFWA Asia Pacific, scheduled for 18 to 21 May, and can be booked through local agents Pacific World.
The special travel packages include return flights from key European cities and other major international gateways to Singapore Changi on Singapore Airlines in first, business or economy class plus airport-hotel transfers and five nights deluxe accommodation at the Pan Pacific Singapore, Marina Mandarin Singapore or Oriental Singapore.
As an example, an executive travelling business class from Paris and staying in the Oriental Singapore for the duration of the show would pay SGD7,818 (US$4,626) return and his colleague flying from Athens SGD5,729 (US$3,390). These are less than standard un-negotiated airfares and include hotel accommodation and transfers.
Delegates who book their travel through the Pacific World agency can also request a 5 kilogramme excess baggage allowance for the return trip. The extra allowance must be requested at the time of booking.
The travel packages do not include airport taxes or security charges, and they are offered on a space available basis.
