Beverly and Lars Johansson |
INTERNATIONAL. Beverly Johansson, wife of popular industry figure Lars Johansson, who died suddenly at the TFWA World Exhibition in Cannes, has issued her warm thanks to all those who have been in touch since his passing.
Beverly said the reaction has been overwhelming. Now, she and her family have asked to be left alone for a period of reflection while they tidy affairs and come to terms with their loss.
A decision on any memorial service will be made at a later date, probably not until next year, Beverly has asked us to advise the industry.
Tributes can be made via The Moodie Forum at the foot of our tribute to Lars, who served the duty free industry wth distinction over five decades, most recently as Co-Owner with Beverly of Imagination Unlimited International, a company synonymous with the success of Inniskillin Icewine in the channel. All tributes are being passed on to Beverly.
