The Wonderful Company, owner of the popular Wonderful Pistachios brand, is set to present its complete travel retail portfolio and latest product innovations at the upcoming TFWA World Exhibition in Cannes (K37, Green Village).
The company is drawing on the momentum of its shelled pistachio range, which contributes 50% of its European travel retail sales, as it advances its expansion strategy across the region.
Key highlights at Cannes will include the launch of Wonderful Pistachios No Shells Chili Roasted 60g, which taps into demand for bolder flavours while broadening the appeal of the category to a new generation.
Building momentum across Europe
With a global footprint spanning more than 60 markets and over 400 travel retail outlets, Wonderful Pistachios is targeting further growth across Asia while advancing its European expansion. The strategy is supported by partnerships with key travel retailers, including Lagardère Travel Retail, Avolta and Dubai Duty Free.
Responding to growing demand for convenient and nutritious snacks, the brand said it is investing in innovation to drive category growth and broaden its appeal among travellers.
Wonderful Pistachios No Shells Chili Roasted

Wonderful Pistachios is bringing a bolder flavour to its shelled pistachio range with No Shells Chili Roasted 60g, targeting consumers looking for more intense and distinctive taste experiences.
Featuring a convenient, travel-friendly format, the new addition began rolling out in Europe in early summer through Lagardère Travel Retail and WHSmith.
The new offering also joins the brand’s shelled pistachio line-up, comprising Roasted & Salted, Salt & Pepper and Unsalted, alongside a 125g in-shell format.
Wonderful Pistachios & Almonds EMEA VP Tom Hazelof said: “In just two years, shelled pistachios have gone from zero to 50% of our travel retail sales in Europe. This growth confirms the category’s enormous potential.
“With the new Chili Roasted flavour and a range including both shelled pistachios and in-shell pistachios, we are offering more choice to attract new consumers and stimulate further category growth.” ✈
