
MALAYSIA. Eraman, Malaysia Airports’ retail division, has unveiled its fully refurbished flagship departures store at Kuala Lumpur International Airport Terminal 2.
The 1,194sq m space at gates P and Q offers an enhanced retail environment with an expanded assortment of international and Malaysian brands across fragrances, cosmetics, confectionery, liquor and tobacco.


The beauty and fragrance offering combines prestigious brands such as Chanel, Lancôme, Gucci, Versace, BOSS, Calvin Klein, Carolina Herrera, Burberry, Orchid and Coach. The retail mix will be expanded further with the forthcoming arrival of Charlotte Tilbury and NARS.

The confectionery space features globally recognised brands such as Lindt, Hershey’s, Toblerone, Ferrero Rocher and Ritter Sport with a strong line-up of local offerings, including Beryl’s, Sunshine Kingdom, Malsa, Scentful, Danson, Choc O Time and Fidani.

A curated portfolio of premium spirits showcases an extensive range of internationally renowned brands.
Designed to elevate engagement, the store incorporates several experiential elements. These include The Choya Experience, a dedicated zone introducing travellers to the world’s leading umeshu producer, while also spotlighting the premium Nanko ume and the heritage and craftsmanship behind the popular Japanese plum liqueur.

The experience is further enhanced by a curated assortment of Malaysian chocolates and confectionery from Malsa and Scentful. Meanwhile, a dedicated foosball corner taps into the momentum of the FIFA World Cup, creating an engaging touchpoint for departing travellers.

Eraman said the revamp is part of its strategy to enhance the airport retail experience through a broader brand portfolio and experiential retail.
To celebrate the opening, the store is offering a RM20 (US$5) shopping voucher for purchases of RM250 (US$61) or more made in a single transaction. ✈
