HMSHost celebrates local brewing heritage at Lambert St. Louis Airport

US. Global travel food & beverage specialist HMSHost has opened St Louis Brewmaster Tap Room in Lambert St. Louis International Airport Terminal 2.

Located in Concourse E, the outlet is designed to celebrate the “˜rich brewing heritage’ of the region and offers an extensive selection of local, regional and national beers, with Anheuser Busch, Schlafly, and O’Fallon among the top brands featured.

Culinary offerings include the Pale Ale pulled pork sandwich, Brewmasters’ grilled buffalo chicken salad, and the Tap Room’s signature cinnamon waffle with warm Nutella and vanilla ice cream for dessert.

“In recent years we’ve partnered with HMSHost to offer our travellers more local choices with regional appeal and the Brewmasters Tap Room hits the mark,” said Lambert Airport Director Rhonda Hamm-Niebruegge.

The décor features reclaimed barn wood, butcher block countertops and “spicy” hues. Quirky design elements include a wall made of beer bottles from featured breweries, local artefacts, and decorative lighting.

HMSHost Vice President of Business Development Stephen Douglas said: “HMSHost is proud to help honour the history of the great city of St. Louis. The St. Louis Brewmasters Tap Room gives travellers a chance to experience the local St. Louis culture without ever leaving the airport.”

The Brewmasters Tap Room is located near gate E-24 at the west end of the concourse, which serves Southwest Airlines.
