USA. OTG Management has revamped its dining and retail offerings in Terminal A of Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) ahead of the busy summer travel season.
As part of a temporary programme, the food & beverage operator opened new eateries and markets to give travellers a preview of changes to come over the next 12 months.
These include culinary partners such as chefs Carla Hall and Robert Wiedmaier, new designs throughout the terminal and an iPad Experience to travellers flying in and out of the US capital.
OTG Founder and CEO Rick Blatstein said: “Undertaking the transformation of a terminal must be swift to keep up with the speed of innovation and customer expectations, while balancing the need for maintaining operations and offerings. I am pleased to see that goal met with DCA Terminal A.”
He added: “This is an exciting time for our industry. The customer experience is being taken to new levels, and the resulting opportunity is tremendous.”
