Pure Gold sales growth exceeded the rate of traffic increase at Abu Dhabi in 2013 |
UAE. Leading jewellery retailer Pure Gold Jewellers recorded a +15% surge in sales at Abu Dhabi Duty Free in 2013 compared to 2012. That was ahead of passenger growth of +12.4% at Abu Dhabi International.
Pure Gold Jewellers CEO and Managing Director Karim Merchant said: “The increase in passenger traffic at Abu Dhabi Airport has had a positive effect on our gold and diamond sales.
