Unifree, Gebr Heinemann and Hugo Boss open two Boss stores at Istanbul Airport

TURKEY. Unifree and joint venture partner Gebr Heinemann have collaborated with Hugo Boss to open two ‘next generation’ concept Boss stores at Istanbul Airport.

Both stores feature the latest Boss menswear collections, including shoes and accessories, in a total retail space of 430sq m. They are located in ‘The Bosphorus Zone’ shopping area at the airport.

Hugo Boss’ ‘next generation’ store concept features “warm and residential” materials to create an “inviting yet refined” ambiance. Furniture and fixtures have been designed with clean lines and arranged so that the collection is positioned prominently.

Unifree Chief Commercial Officer Ian Foster said: “With the opening of two Boss stores in Istanbul Airport, Hugo Boss moves in line with their brand vision of becoming the most desirable premium fashion and lifestyle brand globally in the same time we as Unifree continue taking steps towards our aim for creating an outstanding and differentiating customer experience for all luxury customers.

“The partnership between Unifree, Gebr Heinemann and Hugo Boss is one of a kind that supports all parties’ vision in the most valuable way possible.”

Gebr Heinemann Director FAWJ (Fashion, Accessories, Watches and Jewellery) added: “Boss is one of the world’s leading companies and strongest brands within the Heinemann ‘ready to wear’ portfolio.

“We have a long-standing, successful and important partnership with Hugo Boss in travel retail. The digital facade of the Boss Store in Zone 6 looks stunning and symbolises a next level concerning digital design novelties and high-quality material.”
