USA. A high-class new lounge from Capital One has opened at New York’s LaGuardia airport today.
Named The Capital One Landing at LaGuardia, the lounge includes a restaurant with a menu designed by star chef, José Andrés.

Located inside Terminal B on the bridge to gates 11 to 31, the 12,500sq ft space is decorated with lush greenery and murals from New York artist Amrita Marino.
USA. American Airlines has announced plans to open a new, expanded Admirals Club lounge at Chicago O’Hare International Airport Concourse L.

Spanning more than 10,000sq ft, the lounge will eventually replace the existing offering in Concourse L.
According to the airline, the space will feature local design elements that reflect the vibrant community of Chicago, as well as sweeping airside views via floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook the runway.
INDONESIA. Plaza Premium Group (PPG) and PT IAS Hospitality have joined forces to extend premium lounge access for travellers.

The move will connect PPG partner customers to 26 IASH lounges across Indonesia and IASH partner customers to over 100 PPG lounges globally.

FRANCE. Portugal’s leading airline TAP Air Portugal has unveiled its new TAP Premium Lounge at Paris-Orly Airport. A view inside the lounge appears below.

INDIA. Air India has unveiled its first flagship Maharaja Lounge in Indira Gandhi International Airport Terminal 3.


Set in 16,000sq ft, the lounge has been designed in line with Air India’s refreshed brand philosophy, balancing heritage-inspired elegance with contemporary luxury.
It features expansive Business and exclusive First Class areas, along with curated spaces such as the Aviator’s Bar, Globetrotter’s Study, Crystal Bar, Serenity Area, First Class sleep suites and tarmac views.


Conceptualised by Hirsch Bedner Associates, Air India said the lounge reflects a deep connection to India’s cultural heritage while delivering elevated dining, personalised beverage experiences and refined comfort.
Access will be progressively extended to eligible guests from 16 February.
DENMARK. An Aspire Executive Lounge has opened at Copenhagen Airport, delivering a design-led proposition rooted firmly in a sense of place.

The space has been designed by Zebra, the London-headquartered international design and architecture consultancy.

SAUDI ARABIA. Plaza Premium Group has officially unveiled a newly rebuilt Plaza Premium Lounge at King Fahd International Airport, Dammam.

The upgraded venue now spans 1,067sq m and offers seating for 262 guests.

GREECE. Global Lounge Network has opened a lounge on the mezzanine level at Rhodes International Airport.

Located beside the airport’s food court, The Lounge features a buffet, television and real-time flight information display areas, a bright children’s room, a fully equipped business centre and the ‘Zen Room’ for quiet escapes.
6 February
INDIA. Adani Airport Holdings (AAH) has unveiled its new open to all passengers Adani Silver Lounge at Mumbai’s Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport.


According to AAH the facility in International Departures, Terminal 2, provides passengers with a “thoughtfully curated space to unwind before their journey, featuring elegant interiors, refined dining and warm hospitality”.
3 February
USA. Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club has been officially opened in Harry Reid International Airport Terminal 1 in Las Vegas.
Set in two storeys covering 4,590sq ft of space, the lounge features a Champagne parlour, signature bar and dedicated quiet zones.

For food & beverage, Chase has partnered with Momofuku (the restaurant concept from acclaimed chef David Chang that also has a venue within the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, on the Strip) to develop an exclusive lounge menu.
The food choices include egg-and-cheese bao, spicy cucumber salad, a pork bun with a side of crispy nori sidewinder potatoes, and coconut rice pudding.

TÜRKIYE. Plaza Premium Group has revealed a new lounge in Domestic Departures at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen International Airport.

Plaza Premium Group said it is also preparing to introduce a Plaza Premium First at Sabiha Gökçen, bringing its top-level lounge brand to the airport for the first time.

INDIA. Kempegowda International Airport Bengaluru has introduced Gate Z in Terminal 2, a social lounge concept designed around Gen Z preferences.

Described as a first-of-its-kind concept, the lounge responds to evolving passenger demand, with design cues drawn from modern high-street environments and Gen Z culture.
